Synopsis Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Alligator River & Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuges Projects ER-ALL 10(2) & ER-POC 10(1) . Project ER-ALL 10(2) consists of the replacement of the aggregate surface and embankment material on 26 hurricane damaged roads within the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge located in Dare & Tyrrell Counties, North Carolina. The roads have either a 15 foot or 20 foot wide traveled way and 3:1 side slopes. Project ER-POC 10(1) consists of the replacement of the aggregate surface and embankment material on 9 hurricane damaged roads within the Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge located in Tyrrell, Hyde, and Washington Counties. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled to be issued on or about August 8, 2002.
