Lindberg Street, Stockton, CA 95206. Upon completion, the new air conditioning equipment specified herein or shown on the drawings must be complete, functional, and ready for use by the FAA.The contractor must perform work equivalent to at least 25% of the total amount of work under the contract on site using their own organization. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the low priced technically acceptable offeror. Contract award will be based on past performance. The contractor must have successfully completed similar projects both in dollar and scope. Contractors must have an active registration in the CCR before contract award can be made.
