99--Security Gate and Fence Installation Project at the ATCT, Lawrence Municipal Airport, Lawrence, MA

This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAIC code is 237990 and the size standard is $31.0M. The FAA New England Region has a new construction effort to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for the installation of a security gate and approximately 500 linear feet of scurity fence around the perimeter of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), at Lawrence Municipal Airport, located in Lawrence, MA. All work associated with the installation is to be done in accordance with the FAA Specifications & Drawings. The Request for Offer (RFO), Specifications, and Drawings will be made available on or about July 14, 2008. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 to $175,000.00. Contractor must provide three (3) references showing that during the past five (5) years they have successfully completed a job of similar size and complexity, as the prime contractor. References must include job description, name & phone # of a point of contact, location, cost, and duration. There is a $100.00 non-refundable fee required to receive a solicitation package. All checks must be made payable to the Federal Aviation Administration.
