GENERAL: The Department of Transportations "Maritime Administration" Division of Legislation has a need to renew the annual subscription services from the online version of the Congressional Quarterly (CQ) publication located at CQ.com., because it provides requisite information within the necessary time-frames, has a legislative tracking service, provides in-depth information on Congressional bills, conference reports, hearings, text of bills and status of legislation. It also provides in-depth coverage geared towards attorneys, focuses on issues related to the maritime industry, has "custom alerts" tailored to our needs and sends alerts on a daily basis.
