Companies that have received email notification that they are registered to attend the 6/17/14 Matchmaking event must email the names/s of their representative/s (limited to 2 per company) ASAP. This information must be provided to FAA MMAC Security in advance of arrival to facilitate the issuing of temporary badges and credentials for all visitors attending this event 3 1/2 hour on-site event. The event will be held in the MMAC Headquarters' Bldg., Rm. 148 A&B. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., central time. Companies will be granted access to the venue in groups of 20. The Groups will be designated as Group A (9 - 10 a.m. window), Group B (10:15 - 11:15 a.m. window), and Group C (11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. window. You will be advised of your grouping prior to the event. You should arrive at MMAC 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled group access time.
