EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for Supplemental Treatment System

Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS), is the Tank Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy Hanford Site. WRPS is seeking a qualified and experienced team to produce a certified engineering report to support permitting activities required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Final Delisting (Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 261, “Identification and Listing of Hazardous Waste,” Appendix IX, “Wastes Excluded Under §§ 260.20 and 260.22,” Table 2, “Wastes Excluded from Specific Source,” U.S. Department of Energy, Richland, Washington, Condition (1)(b)) and the State Waste Discharge Permit ST0004500 (ST4500) issued by State of Washington, Department of Ecology (Ecology).
