Intent to Sole Source Notice

The Internal Revenue Service intends to award one (1) sole source contract to provide the IRS LB&I Engineering Program access to databases which report nationwide current and historical real estate market transactions. The sole source award will remain in effect until 09/18/2023 with Base and (2) two option years.
