HVAC Maintenance Services for National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington Weather Forecast Office

This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented and FAR Part 12 Commercial Items with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is a solicitation from the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City (EAD-KC), 601 East 12 th Street, Room 1734, Kansas City, MO 64106. The requirement is to provide HVAC Maintenance Services for the NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Baltimore/Washington Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Sterling, VA . This RFQ and the following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 23820 with a size standard of $15M employees. Department of Labor wage rates are applicable to this requirement and can be obtained at http://www.wdol.gov or upon request for Loudon County VA. All items under this contract shall be FOB Destination and the place of acceptance is NOAA National Weather Service (NWS) Baltimore/Washington Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located at 43858 Weather Service Rd. 20166-9603. Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, and supervision to provide HVAC Maintenance Services at the Baltimore/Washington Weather Forecast Office (WFO) RDA and TPMS buildings located in Sterling, VA. This facility is in operation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please see attached Statement of Work for a list of specifications. The Statement of Work and Evaluation Crtieria for this solicitation have been updated. The closing date for this solicitation has also been extended.
