In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Argus Media, Inc. for subscription to Argus Oil Market Report. The delivery period will be an eighteen (18) month period (04/01/2021 - 09/30/2022). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to
[email protected] to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not the requirement will be competed. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
