Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract Platts World Refinery Database (WRD) for customized reports for DLA Energy's specific petroleum programs. WRD contains comprehensive data for every refinery in the world including ownership information, outage, capacity, runs and yields data for crude and individual refined products. WRD allows the ability to aggregate data by company, regional and national production, with robust yield data by refinery. The delivery period will be for eight (8) months (4/15/2020 - 12/14/2021) This is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be in writing and sent to
[email protected] to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exist that would satisfy the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
