16 -- 32 Pressure Transducers for E2-C Aircraft

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD (NAWCADPAX) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with DRUCK INCORPORATED, New Fairfield, Connecticut for 32 PMP 3000 Series Pressure Transducers in support of the E2-C aircraft and ECP 94115/E2C/938-01 Rev 4. The required procurement is in support of E-2C aircraft and ECP does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADPAX tends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302.1,utility FAR 12. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 22 applies.
