Military Sealift Command intends to issue a purchase order to Resolution Management Consultants, Inc., 2 Eves Drive, Suite 110, Marlton, NJ 08053 for claim analysis and litigation support expert services. The purchase order will be issued on an other than full and open competition basis pursuant to the authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996), implemented by FAR 13.501.
