A -- Fire Scout Demonstration Program Basic Ordering Agreement

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue on a sole source basis a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to place a class of orders for the duration of three years with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) in San Diego, CA. These orders will consist of supplies and services that include engineering and technical studies for pre-planned UAV product improvements, investigate potential systems changes, and field support to analyze system performance for demonstration including participation in demonstrations, and UAV working group participation supporting the Fire Scout Demonstration Program. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Fire Scout UAV system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may identify their technical capabilities and submit appropriate information that shall be considered by the Naval Air Systems Command.
