This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to survey the commercial market for potential providers of Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System utilized by the US Marine Corps. Interested parties responding to this request will not be obligated to provide the services described herein. Interested parties understand that participation is strictly voluntary. The US Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI. The US Marine Corps is seeking sources (including product capability information) for the following: Flight Management Datalink System that will provide full color worldwide flight deck weather graphics, METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, SIGMETs, PIREPs Messaging via IATA and AFTN networks. This service also must provide military aircraft to aircraft communications (email, fax and text) from FMS PDC/DCL and graphical flight following. REQUESTED INFORMATION The Government is requesting the following information: • Your GSA schedule, if applicable. • Full description of product being offered. o What are the unique capabilities of product being offered? o How does this product compare to competition? o Is this product COTS? o Is training provided?
