Pano Express Package for Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps Information Technology Section

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition – one responsible source. A solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS Code is 334113. The USMC Regional Contracting Office – National Capital Region (RCO-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Pano Logic, Inc. of 2000 Seaport Drive, Redwood City, CA 94063 to provide one Pano Express Package. The Pano Express package consists of 50 Black Pano Devices with North America power supply, 50 Pano Manager seat licenses (perpetual), 50 Desktop Service seat licenses (perpetual), 1 concurrent user per device, one year maintenance and support per device, 50 Windows 7 and Windows XP licenses, VMware Essentials (licenses for 3 hosts), and pre-configured server and storage hardware. Pano Logic Inc. is the developer and manufacturer of the Pano Device with the capability to provide the total package described above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however a firm that believes it can meet the requirement shall provide a capability statement to the Contracting Officer. Capability statements, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
