NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Harris Corporation, 150 South Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32904-1132 for the acquisition of a wireless sipernet system consisting of Classified Network Equipment, Ancillary Equipment, and all pertinent installation. The award will be made under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1, only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13.
