Marine Corps System Command of Quantico, VA intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with JLG Industries to acquire Extended Boom Forklifts. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code for this action is 333120. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items.
