The Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned has a requirement for advertising in The Marine Corps Gazette and Leatherneck periodicals for a period of one base year and four option years.

The Government intends to procure a contract with Marine Corps Association, 715 Broadway Street, Quantico VA 22134 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 5.502. Marine Corps Association has public advertising rights and the core competencies to advertise to the target audience that subscribes to the Leatherneck and Gazette. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
