NAVAIR, has awarded on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) to Spider Oak, 555 Huehl Road, Northbrook Illinois, 60062-2336. This procurement is for renewal of maintenance, administration and support of server, user interface/user names, web management console, SSL certificates and storage, for Cloud Sync., a Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) application that was developed for NAVAIR Patuxent River Data Center to support sharing & syncing of files between windows NMCI, RDT&E, & future mobile devices In support of Operation Rolling Tide. SpiderOak has proprietary rights to the software code for the Cloud Sync software and as such is the only vendor that can provide the required maintenance and support services.
