Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Amplitude Lasers in an approx. amount of $35,000 in support of procuring one (1) short pulse laser used for investigation of sound generation under FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
