QTY: 1 ITEM 0004: 2020 FACILITIES COSTS BOOK Manufacturer: R.S. Means Company LLC. QTY: 2 ITEM 0005: 2020 MECHANICAL COSTS BOOK Manufacturer: R.S. Means Company LLC. QTY: 1 ITEM 0006: 2020 SQUARE FOOT COSTS BOOK Manufacturer: R.S. Means Company LLC QTY: 2 The Government has a requirement for a cost estimating materials that can generate complete estimates based on current regional construction costs. For the Government’s purposes, the software required must be integrated into the Integrated Solutions Framework (ISF) database. As such, the Government has determined that no other vendor besides R.S. Means Company LLC produces the exact combination of software and literature that meet all of the Government’s minimum requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334614 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. * Line Items 0002 through 0006 will be procured through RS Means under their GSA Schedule Contract GS-02F-142AA. Line Item 0001 will be procured through RS Means on an open-market basis.
