Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Crown Point Systems. This requirement is for the procurement of a Planar Leyard TVF Series High Definition Direct Light LED Video Wall (including all attributes of installation and service), which will provide 130.79 square feet display, has a minimum high definition capability of 3K screen refresh using 1.2 mm pixel capability, and has a service life of 100,000 hours. The video wall and all additional components must be compatible with existing installations through the center to comply with Naval Video System for addition to Center Authority to Operate (NVS ATO) and meet a schedule of 4-weeks for delivery. Additionally, this procurement will require Crown Point Systems to provide next day business onsite response support for service issue. Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
