NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional inf ormation included in this notice. Solicitation number for reference use W81GNN4215N345. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to negotiate a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13 .5 ) with Intelligent Results, Bellevue, WA. The requirement is for a Perpetual License of Patented and Proprietary Discover Software with maintenance. The proposed acquisition is for proprietary software and support for which the Government intends to soli cit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 230 4(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties are hereby given the opportunity to identify their capability in the fulfillment of this requirement.
