(vi)Work to be completed under this purchase order will consist of the following: The offeror shall deliver 50,400 gallons of #2 diesel fuel to the Dredge William A. Thompson no later than JULY 27, 2006. Offeror shall be capable of delivery withi n 48 hours of award. Offeror shall be capable of transporting and delivering fuel in compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382. (vii) Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination, Dredge William A.
