(vi)Work to be c ompleted under this purchase order will consist of the following: The offeror shall deliver 45,000 gallons of #2 diesel fuel to the Dredge William A. Thompson on September 28, 2007. Offeror shall be capable of delivery within 48 hours of award. Offeror shall be capable of transporting and delivering fuel in compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382. (vii) Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination, Dredge William A. Thompson. The completion date for the service is September 28, 2 007.
