The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Electrical System Analysis Software. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: . Provide a suite of Windows®-based electrical software tools for designing, analyzing, and monitoring electrical power systems to include: -ArcFlash Analysis Software -ANSI Short Circuit Software -Comprehensive Protective Device Coordination Software and Database -Electrical Software to Automate Protective Device Coordination -Power Flow Analysis Software -One year of standard maintenance -Three optional years of standard maintenance This solicitation will be available on or about 19 November 2018. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens).
