The waterjet manufacturer, OMAX, has a proprietary contract with Phillips Federal Corp. to be their only authorized technicians for machine troubleshooting beyond basic functions. for this service. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
