Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, Human Resource Management Division intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract on a sole source basis to Gritter-Francona Inc., 20 Courthouse Square Suite 218 Rockville, MD, 20850-0307, CAGE Code: 6WCJ3 to perform, manage and execute the Civilian and Military Human Resources that provides personnel support and program management support-services to the OAA, Human Resource Management Division using 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(b)(6), Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657(f)). The anticipated period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Gritter-Francona under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302- 5(b)(6), Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657(f)).
