--Intent to award option year of base contract to CCVII LLC, DBA: Charter Communications for cable television service at the Alpena combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena, Michigan.

The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center currently is being service by CCVII LLC, DBA: Charter Communications, for its cable television needs. Currently our base has a need for cable television service for 288 televisions for an expanded basic pro gramming package. The third year of this contract is due to expire on 21 September 2006. Option year three calls for a line charge of $8.62 per television per month.
