The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Electro-Optical Imaging, 4300 Fortune Place, Melbourne, Florida 32904-1527. The contractor shall provide labor and material to repair, maintain, refurbish, etc to ensure that the current video tracker is in first-class condition. The contemplated services will be performed at the contractors facility and at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This service is for a period of 1 year. Electro-Optical Imaging is the original manufacturer of the trackers and is the only known supplier with adequately trained technical personnel, proprietary schematics, drawings, technical data, unique parts, test equipment and fixtures required to accompl ish this effort. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334119 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
