The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with West Publishing Corporation located at 610 Opperman Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55123-1340 to provide a subscription for updated legal pu blications published by West Group Corporation to our customer, US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces for the period of 14 MAR 07 30 SEP 07. West is the only vendor that can provide us the materials as all their products are copyrighted. The legal publications contain original ideas that are copyrighted and therefore is unique and proprietary to the authors who have contracts with this particu lar publisher/vendor. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability statements no later than 12 MAR 07 4:00pm EST. The capability statements should include the company name, address, contact information , business size, and detailed explanation of how your organization can meet the requirement described herein.
