Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Department of the Army, Air Defense Artillery DIRECTOR MICC USAR DOC Jackson on the behalf of PR 0143 TC HHC TRANSCOM, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to provide certified repair and preventative maintenance for the Generator Environmental Control Unit Trailers (GET) located in Orlando and Tampa, FL. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price contract with a period of performance f 14 Nov 2008 to 01 Sept 2009. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
