This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to Extendo Bed Company, Inc. to provide following for below items: -EB-1290 ~~90 Extendo Bed Steel Frame Assembly with full extension lock, and modified tailgate straps, & Energy Chain- --PF-4890 ~~ Plywood Platform with short side rails, and Safety Screen -UPF-2690-16~~Upper Platform, 26x90 on 16 legs, with fold-down table, & divider, and bookcase enclosure -NTR-2236-12~~Narrow tool rack, 22x36 on 12 legs, with drawer -MB~~Magnetic dry-erase command map board -2 EA~~Bottle Racks, with cage enclosure and ends. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 441310 and the size standard for this NAICS code is $7.0 MIL/yr. These items will be provided to and delivered to Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma (ZIP code 74115). The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
