This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130 and the small business size is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition and made available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov , on or about 3 OCT 2019. Paper copies will not be available.
