The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate (VS), Kirtland AFB, NM will be interested in receiving proposals from all offerors to advance the state-of-the-art and scientific knowledge in space and missile technology. Specifically, the purpose of the HIGH STARE acquisition is the development and delivery of large format Short Wavelength Infrared (SWIR) arrays to address current and future-generation of Missile Warning sensing applications. The intention is to provide a single, high performance, large format SWIR array affording larger system field-of-view and can reduce system and post-collection processing complexities. The BAA, once released, will give full detail and expectations for successful bidders.
