The Air Force District of Washington Acquisition Division, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition for SAF/PA-CMA to Lyris Technologies, Inc. SAF/PA-CMA is required to create and assess multi-question surveys. ListManager Standard Pro is currently being utilized but Listmanager 9.2 Platinum Plus Pro has additional features that will meet the growing needs of SAF/PA-CMA. It will enable multi-question surveys. This upgrade is available only through ListManager and will continue the aforementioned mission critical requirement without delay, which uniquely meets SAF/CMA requirements and distributed by Lyris Technologies. Therefore, Lyris Technologies, Inc is the suggested source to fulfill this requirement in the abrupt timeframe requested. The award will be made on or about 6 August 2007 for appx $23K. This acquisition will be a Firm Fixed Price award and the NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 334611. The Small Business Administration Size Standard is not to exceed 500 employess.
