The 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw AFB, SC intends to negotiate a sole-source modification to Purchase Order FA4803-07-P-0088 with Armor Holdings Survivability Systems, Fairfield, OH for the following items: To deliver 70 each (60 kits for M-1116 and 10 kits for M-1145) air conditioning upgrade retro fit kits for the model M-1116 and the M-1145 Up-Armored High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicles (UAHMMWV). The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required equipment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to FA4803-07-Q-A325 must be in writing.
