Support Equipment and Vehicles Modernization and Innovation Summit

The Support Equipment & Vehicles (SE&V) organization (AFLCMC/WNZ) is hosting an in-person industry day for the SE&V Technology and Modernization Program (STMP) to introduce, discuss, and understand technological advancements that affect its portfolio on 23-25 August 2022 at the Museum of Aviation (1942 Heritage Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31088). The 3-day event will include at least 2 days of industry engagement, to include government expectations, vendor showcases, demonstrations, industry capability briefings, and opportunities to engage directly with the customer. Please note that there is a 150-person limit at this time. Registration is not guaranteed; therefore, registration priority will be given to those companies submitting a Request for Information (RFI) response and wishing to set up a display. Please see attached RFI This Industry Day notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Support Equipment and Vehicles Modernization and Innovation Summit notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals for any requirement discussed in the Support Equipment and Vehicles Modernization and Innovation Summit materials. Participants are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Support Equipment and Vehicles Modernization Summit notice. The Government will not assume liability for incurred expenses. All costs associated with responding to this notice and attending the Support Equipment and Vehicles Modernization and Innovation Summit will be solely at the responding party's expense. It is the responsibility of the vendor who is interested in any potential future solicitation(s) to monitor all sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.
