NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source contract to GE Healthcare for a GE Global Console Upgrade that includes: One (1) Global Console Upgrade kit with new smart technologies, one (1) Revolution Discovery CT Cyber Security Release 1.0, one (1) English Keyboard Kit, one (1) low dose CT Lung Screening Option with Indication for use, one (1) UW Protocol for HD, one (1) Volume Viewer on Operator Console, and one (1) two day Onsite Training. This purpose of this award is to meet the mission requirements at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13-106(b)(1). This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
