NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 517911. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to MidAtlanticBroadband (MABB) aka Protel Services. MidAtlanticBroadband currently provides recreational Internet service for all of the Nellis Inn under contract FA41999-07-D-6082. That contract provides recreational Internet on a shared basis between all of the guest rooms of the Nellis Inn. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 01 May 2019 that are equivalent to Protel Services will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
