RFI to understand telecommunication providers capabilities or possible delivery of OTU2 or OTU2e leases

This RFI has been posted to help identify those telecommunications providers and their capabilities in regards to Southwest Asia (SWA) and European locations. Both DITCO PL52 and PL511 are asking vendors to identify their capabilities in the delivery of OTU2 or OTU2e leases identified here within this RFI for SWA and Europe locations. Locations Identified are: Bahrain Arifjan Al Udeid Al Dhafra As Salem As Sayliyah And, from SWA to Europe Arifjan, Kuwait to Wiesbaden, Germany NSA Bahrain to Capodichino (DTM), Italy Al Udeid, Qatar to Patch Bks (PTM ), Germany This RFI is to determine the feasibility of a technical upgrade to the transport network systems for SWA and Europe that would require OTU2 or OTU2e leases between the sites in order to deploy this technology. These would be replacements for existing leases starting in the FY17 timeframe. 'Telecommunications Vendors' are being asked to email response to the two (2) POCs identified in this advertisement. This request for response to this RFI should be as soon as possible but not later than 15 Sep 2015.
