The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) on behalf of Directorate of Psychological Applications (DPA), has a requirement to procure Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Personality Inventory (NEO-PI) products for psychological testing. This is solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-95, Effective 13 January 2017. Please see attached solicitation SF 1449 for details and specifications. Contractors shall ensure that supplies provided meet the brand name product listed on the attached SF 1449. Items shall be new and not refurbished or remanufactured. Resellers shall provide a letter stating they are a confirmed authorized reseller for items listed above. This requirement is all or none, meaning the offer must have the ability to fulfill this RFQ in full. A partial quote will be rejected as technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award. Vendors are encouraged to contact the Government for clarification if there are or appear to be errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the request for quote.
