The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to issue a contract modification resulting in a delivery order for additional advanced shock mitigation seats under contract USZA22-03-D-0012 to Stidd Systems of Greenport, NY, as a HUBZone sole source per 15 U.S.C. 631 and FAR 19.1306. Stidd Systems is a certified HUBZone contractor for the advanced shock mitigation seats. It is anticipated that total dollar value of this effort will not exceed $2,000,000.00, thus increasing the total potential dollar value of contract USZA22-03-D-0012 from $3,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. It is planned that this delivery order shall contain the advanced version of the current shock mitigating seats for the USSOCOM MK V SOC; support brackets; all other necessary equipment and support to include installation; integration; a warranty, spares, and over and above repair support as defined in DFARS 217.77. Numbered Notes 22 and 27 apply. In addition, any challenging HUBZone company must comply with FAR 19.1303(d), which states in part that "any HUBZone small business concern (nonmanufacturer) proposing to furnish a product that it did not itself manufacture must furnish the product of a HUBZone small business concern manufacturer to receive a benefit under this subpart." All questions regarding the above requirement should be submitted in writing via fax or email to Mr. Peter Coffey,
