Q -- Q – TRICARE National Quality Monitoring Program

The Department of Defense, TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Aurora, CO, has a requirement to procure for a national quality monitoring program. This program is an evaluation and quality improvement mechanism for health care components of the Military Health System (MHS), to include Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Designated Providers (DPs) under the Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP), Managed Care Support Contracts (MCSCs) and other contractors. The period of performance includes the base period and five one-year option periods. Source selection procedure in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 will be used to determine the successful offeror. All responsible sources submitting a responsive proposal shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will only be available through electronic media (download is available from the TRICARE website at http//:www.tricare.osd.mil/contracting/healthcare/solicitations/.
