63 -- REPLACEMENT OF CAMERAS/EQUIPMENT FOR CCTV

THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS BROKEN CAMERAS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CCTV SYSTEM LOCATED AT THE MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, GA COMMISSARY IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. SUBJECT REQUIREMENT MAY BE RE-SOLICITED SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE. Contractor is to replace various broken cameras and equipment for the CCTV system located at the Moody Air Force Base, GA Commissary. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 22, 2003 as an unrestricted acquisition. Only written requests for the RFQ will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quote acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
