USNS MERCY AUXILIARY AUTOMATION SYSTEMS SUPPORT

The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Technical Marine Service, Inc. (TMS), to provide technical assistance for the propulsion and auxiliary automation systems to accomplish testing and adjustments of the equipment in support of cold checks, lite off and hot checks during COI. TMS is the OEM service and parts provider for the propulsion and auxiliary automation system installed on the Military Sealift Command's T-AH Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
