The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Sole Source Justification is attached hereto. DMA intends to issue a sole source contract to, Tony Scott Production, 357 N. Kings Road, Los Angeles, CA 90048 in an effort entitled Rock Radar & Legacy Radio Subscription Services for the Defense Media Activity, American Forces Network - Broadcast Center (AFN-BC). The anticipated delivery period will be a Base Year, January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 with four one-year options. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
