Notice of Intent for Sole Source Pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Invivo Corporation in the amount of $112,000.00 to purchase the Gold Maintenance Service for a base plus two option years for Invivo DynaSuite Neuro MR Workstation and Monitor for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO that works in conjunction with a 3T MRI System. Invivo Corporation only guarantees MRI system credibility and retreival of critical patient data if the equipment is maintained by them and not a third party. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
