USNS LEWIS & CLARK CARGO WEAPON ELEVATOR MOTOR REWINDING

The Government intends to make a sole-source award to ECI Defense Group, Inc. (ECI), for the rewinding of USNS LEWIS & CLARK's cargo weapon elevator motors. ECI is the authorized OEM for said motor repairs / rewinding. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
