The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to issue a Request For Proposal to obtain Audio/Visual capabilities at the new FTC Constitution Center site. Place of Performance: 400 7th Street SW Washington DC Period of Performance from 27 September 2013 through 01 March 2014. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order through a GSA Schedule contract Small business set aside with contract line items (CLINs) to provide non-personal services for procuring, installing, configuring, and testing a wide variety of Audio/Video equipment. Equipment includes: monitors, VTC, recording equipment displays, microphones, speakers, Media wall, digital white boards and various equipment for integration and operation. The solicitation is planned to be released on 23 Aug 2013 utilizing GSA eBuy, which the Contractor will be responsible for checking for updates and information on GSA E-buy. This support will involve close coordination with a variety of Government and private entities. In furnishing these services, the Contractor shall procure, installation, integrate and test this equipment and provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies and equipment except as otherwise indicated, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of, and conformance to, all aspects of the scope of work to be announced.
